Cromer

About This Project

This two story house in Cromer was done for private clients. The procedures involved in this project were using an acrylic render over the blue board and sand and cement over the brick work, followed by a tight coat of sand and cement over the acrylic render for a uniform finish. Then a construction joint line was cut in between the blue board and brick work to stop cracking between the two different surfaces. The lower window seal bricks were cut back for a more flat modern look. With windows, grass, drive way and every part of the house we came into contact with were cleaned thoroughly.
